Primary School Mathematics

Mathematics is not just a subject in school, it is a vehicle for the development of the cognitive competence in logical reasoning, spatial visualisation and abstract thought.

Our curriculum is catered to meet the school needs, helping the children to achieve academic excellence. Through designed worksheet, children understand the concept of every topic clearly. Through regular practice of exam papers, children learn to manage time and become exam-savvy.

The Primary 1 and 2 Math programmes lay the foundations for key concepts and fundamental mathematical techniques. The focussed topics are whole numbers, geometry, measurements, data analysis, model drawing, problem sums and fractions.

The Primary 3 and 4 Math programmes continue the strong foundation built in Primary 1 and 2 and introduce new concepts and fundamental techniques. The focussed topics are whole numbers, fractions, decimals, area and perimeter geometry, measurements, data analysis, model drawing and problem sums.

The Primary 5 and 6 programmes are designed to expose children to examinable components and trends. Students are trained on multiple and advance concepts and techniques. The focussed topics are fractions, geometry, ratios, volume, percentages, algebra, speed, number patterns and heuristics.
